The Company has successively provided full-process outsourcing services for sleeper series products to the Guiyang Branch of Chengtie Deyang Track Co., Ltd., and is proficient in multiple national standards, railway standards, and enterprise technical standards such as "GB/T37330-2019 Concrete Sleepers for Ballasted Track", "TB/T3080-2014 Concrete Turnout Sleepers for Ballasted Track", and "TB/T3397-2015 Concrete Sleepers for CRTS Double-block Ballastless Track". The product acceptance qualification rate is strictly controlled above 99.85%.

2. Pouring, molding, curing, and external yard shipment of shield segments

The Company possesses the capability for full-process labor operations for large-diameter shield segments (such as 8.5-meter segments), including mold opening and closing, release agent application, reinforcement cage placement, embedded parts installation, concrete pouring, steam curing cover placement, demolding and lifting, segment turning into the pool for water curing, removal from pool for stacking, repair and shipment, production line control, filter press maintenance, power distribution room management, and maintenance of all production-related equipment inside and outside the workshop.
